Maddie had a great first day in the yellow room pre-K class. She was a little bit quiet and slow to warm when we first arrived (a HUGE surprise), but once she got big hugs from her three returning teachers, she started to relax. The room looked amazing: playdough, paint easels, dress up, pretend play, Mr. Potato Head, blocks, books, and lots and lots of friends!
When we picked Maddie up, she was excited about her day and enthusiastic about the new friends she made. We're so grateful for such a loving, encouraging school and our most wonderful teachers.
