My sweet hubster celebrated 34 years of life last weekend.
I made his favorite mocha cake (recipe coming soon--you'll love it)
He cooked prime rib and thoroughly enjoyed it.
We celebrated with a huge feast with our besties. No better way to celebrate a birthday!
He was very excited about his new flipping spatula!
(used it last night for grilled tilapia for fish tacos. Yummy!)
Birthday wishes with the sweet girl
The whole fam!
The kids put on a birthday show, complete with handmade sign. (None of the photos are clear enough to post. Those kids were wild and crazy!)
Handmade sign by Mama and Maddie greeting Daddy on his "real" birthday last Sunday
The birthday/Christmas/both moms-combined present: A Green Mountain Grill. Ben has cooked at least two nights a week since it came. Hallelujah!
And last, but certainly not least, a surprise celebration with our Open Door group celebrating Ben and Jarren's birthdays!
Happy Birthday to the love of my life, a man who is full of passion and integrity, who loves well, and most importantly, is well loved! xoxo
P.S. Have you checked out the giveaway? It's not too late!

Hi Becky,
I haven't seen you since the end of 6th grade when you and Ben left Tower Hill, but I enjoy seeing all the pictures of you, Ben, and the kids. It still blows my mind that they're so big!
Say hi to Ben for me. He really made a difference in my life (and of course many other peoples' lives too), and I wish that you both had been able to stay longer.
Best,
Rachel Basore
And I meant to add this in the last comment: I love reading Fosterhood in NYC (which I found from your blog a few months ago), and The Pioneer Woman is an old favorite!
