Two weeks ago was Family Camp. Last week was Day Camp. This week: nothing planned. And what was unplanned was Total Breakdown Central at the Joyce household. Thus our "Tilden on a whim" trip this week. At 9 o'clock in the morning, we had already experienced time out and soap in the mouth, so it was decided that in the interest of sanity, we should get out. Sam, Maddie and I headed up the hill to Tilden Park.

All in all, a great day trip! Little farm, carousel, lunch and steam trains all before naptime.
